Abstract

This is a review of Jeff Sparrow's 'Fascists Among Us', which was one of the first books to analyse the nature and consequences of the massacre at two Mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2019, carried out by a far right activist. The review explores how Sparrow's work raises important points about the wider, international context of the terrorist and racist motivations of the perpetrator of the massacre.
