Abstract

This article (and others to follow) is the culmination of a six month research project into Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) in collaboration with Changing Markets Foundation and the Bureau for investigative Journalism based in King's Cross, London. It has taken in 101 Freedom of Information Requests into all 101 LGPSs in the UK with resultant datasets collated meticulously, having been 'cleaned' and data extracted. Extracted data has been formulated into datasets on baby milk substitute producer investment, fracking company and support services investment, and mining company investment.
