Abstract

My agenda is not to dominate and control technologies, but to provoke engaging interactions within a lively and cohesive form, thus articulating the question: am I performing the technology or is it performing me? I will demonstrate and discuss a work-in-progress version of my guitar-orientated instrumental assemblage, this is both wearable and floor-mounted, utilising acceleration data and pressure-sensitive foot pedals.
