Abstract

Breaking the Silence – Rape on Hollyoaks I contributed as a speaker to a panel discussion on a male rape storyline on Hollyoaks where a teacher (John Paul McQueen - James Sutton) was raped by a student (Finn O'Connor - Keith Rice). The discussion was chaired by Duncan Craig (Survivors Manchester), other panelists were Bryan Kirkwood (Executive Producer, Hollyoaks) and James Sutton (Actor, Hollyoaks) responding to audience questions at the close of the session. Part of the Being A Man Festival.
