Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to help academics in the classroom gain insight as to what individual characteristics of students contribute to academic entrepreneurial success in multidisciplinary business teams. Through the use of several profiling metrics and team demographics, this paper explores the use of psychological profiling tools to compose or identify a team for entrepreneurial success in a university setting. The implications of this could be beneficial in organising group work and improving team outcomes in entrepreneurship. A list of criteria for assembling student teams is proposed.
