Venice Water

Suess, Eleanor [Artist] (2014) Venice Water. (silent film).

Abstract

The material properties of water are infinitely varied and constantly changing. In Venice water is a primary material, and one that gives the city its unique character. The opaque, silt-filled, aquamarine water of Venice's canals ripples gently, its reflective surface mirroring and distorting the tall elevations of the facing buildings.
