| Additional Information: | 'Alpine Trekking' is a design- led, individually finished, hand-made knitwear collection. There were 2 main themes to the Collection: 'Big Blizzard Protection' and 'Fine Fitted and Pretty'. The Collection was then customised with regard to raw materials, silhouette and detailing to individual customer specifications. The Collection was presented at London Fashion Week in February 2000. Collaborators: Liberty's (London). Scale of Production: 20 pieces (styles) of knitwear - 400 units of garments produced; 20 pieces (styles) of accessories - 400 units of garments produced. Market and Distribution: Liberty's and Scotch House (London), Le Bon Marché (Paris), Barneys and Henri Bendel (New York), Jun.co and Joyce (Japan and Hong Kong) and independent retailers worldwide. |
