Built for 25,000 inhabitants on behalf of the International Automobile City, the masterplan by Albert Speer & Partners was designed to characterise a 'German town' and seven architectural practices were commissioned to design an urban quarter each. Project commissioned by Shanghai Urban Planning Administration Bureau of the Shanghai Jia Ding District. |
